LotsLink for
your AI agent.
Create short links and QR codes on lots.link or your own domain, organise them into projects and workspaces, and read clicks by source, device and location. Links, clicks and QR codes are free and unlimited.
https://api.lots.link/mcpAsk your agent, for example.
Once LotsLink is connected, plain requests like these work.
- “Make short links for these five posts in the October campaign project.”
- “Which link got the most clicks last week, and from where?”
- “Create a QR code for our event page.”
Connect in two minutes.

}Cloud agents without MCP
Give the agent https://api.lots.link/docs.md and an API key from lotstech.com/api. It calls the REST API with Authorization: Bearer <key>.
Every server uses OAuth: your agent acts as you, inside your own roles and workspaces. You can disconnect it at any time from the app.
33 tools, also REST endpoints.
Each tool is available over MCP and as a REST endpoint under https://api.lots.link/api/v1/lotslink.
Add Custom Domain
Add a new custom domain or *.lots.link subdomain to your workspace. Custom domains require DNS verification, while *.lots.link subdomains are verified instantly. Only workspace owners and admins can add domains. Checks domain quota limits before adding.
Archive Project
Archive a project (soft delete). Archived projects are hidden from the main project list but can be retrieved by listing projects with include_archived=true. Links assigned to archived projects remain accessible. Use this instead of delete when you want to keep project data but hide it from active use.
Bulk Activate Links
Activate multiple links at once. Sets is_active=true for all specified links. Only workspace owners and admins can perform bulk operations. Useful for re-enabling temporarily disabled links.
Bulk Deactivate Links
Deactivate multiple links at once. Sets is_active=false for all specified links, preventing them from redirecting. Only workspace owners and admins can perform bulk operations. Useful for temporarily disabling links without deleting them.
Bulk Delete Links
Permanently delete multiple links at once. This action cannot be undone. All associated data including click statistics, tag assignments, and QR codes will be deleted for all specified links. Only workspace owners and admins can perform bulk operations.
Choose a LotsLink plan or add credits
POST /checkout
Create a checkout link. Pass plan (starter, pro or business) and cycle (monthly or annual) for custom domains, or amount_usd (10 to 1000) to add LotsTech Credits. Give the link to the person to pay in their browser; never ask for card details in chat.
Create Link
POST /link
Create a new shortened link with optional custom slug and UTM parameters. Checks monthly link quota before creation. Links can be assigned to projects and tagged for organization.
Create Project
POST /project
Create a new project for organizing links within a workspace. Projects help categorize and group related links together, optionally with client information and color coding for visual identification.
Create Workspace
POST /workspace
Create a new workspace (personal or team). Workspaces organize links and enable team collaboration. Requires active subscription and checks workspace quota limit. Automatically adds creator as owner and creates first workspace member entry.
Delete Custom Domain
DELETE /custom_domain/:id
Permanently delete a custom domain from the workspace. This action cannot be undone. The domain can only be deleted if no links are currently using it. If links exist, they must be reassigned to another domain or deleted first. Only workspace owners and admins can delete domains.
Delete Link
DELETE /link/:id
Permanently delete a link. This action cannot be undone. All associated data including click statistics, tag assignments, and QR codes will be deleted. Members can only delete their own links, while owners and admins can delete any link in the workspace.
Delete Project
DELETE /project/:id
Permanently delete a project from the workspace. This action cannot be undone. The project can only be deleted if no links are currently assigned to it. If links exist, they must be reassigned to another project or have their project assignment removed first. Consider using archive_project instead if you want to preserve data.
Delete Workspace
DELETE /workspace/:id
Permanently delete a workspace. OWNER ONLY. This action cannot be undone. Cascade deletes all workspace members, links, projects, tags, custom domains, and related data. Use with extreme caution.
Export Analytics

Get Click Details
GET /click_details/:id
Retrieves individual click records for a short link with filtering and pagination. IMPORTANT: Requires workspace_id and link_id — call list_workspaces to get the workspace UUID, then list_links to get the link_id.
Get Custom Domain
GET /custom_domain/:id
Get detailed information about a specific custom domain including verification status, SSL certificate status, DNS records required for setup, nameservers, verification timestamps, and count of links using this domain. Any active workspace member can view domain details.

Get LotsLink billing
GET /billing

If verification succeeds, the domain status is updated to 'verified' and SSL certificate provisioning begins. Only workspace owners and admins can trigger verification. *.lots.link subdomains are verified instantly upon creation.
Questions, answered.
What is the LotsLink MCP server URL?
https://api.lots.link/mcp. Add it as a remote MCP server (custom connector) in your AI agent and sign in with your Lots account.
Which agents work with LotsLink?
Claude, ChatGPT (developer mode), Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf and any other client that supports remote MCP with OAuth. Agents without MCP use the REST API with an API key.
Where are the LotsLink API docs?
https://api.lots.link/docs.md: Markdown written so an AI agent can read it. Requests go to https://api.lots.link/api/v1/lotslink with Authorization: Bearer <your key>.
How do I get a LotsLink API key?
Use Generate key on this page or at lotstech.com/api. Sign in with your LotsTech account, name the key and copy it once. You can revoke it there at any time.
Does MCP or API access cost extra?
No. It is included with LotsLink. You pay only for LotsLink's own plan or usage, and your AI provider bills its own usage.
